Refund policy

Phone cases:

RETURN & REFUNDS: Due to these being customized products, a $15 restocking fee applies to returns and refunds of phone cases, excluding shipping costs. A refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be completely unused to be eligible.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made within 3 days of your order. You will be refunded 75% of your total. 

REPLACING/ORDERING THE WRONG PHONE MODEL: If you made a mistake with the phone model, contact us at HELLO@MAYZIE.CO to discuss an exchange. Due to these being customized products, a $15 restocking fee applies to replace custom phone cases, excluding shipping costs. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be completely unused.
